The NEWPRO Compensation Model Pays You 100% Commission
When you list a property or help a client to buy a new home, regardless of the price, and our brokerage earns commissions of 2%-3%, you, the agent, keeps everything above our small transaction fee of only $500.00.
Many agents work for agencies which have a franchise or desk fee of 6% to 8% off the top and earn 70% of the remaining commission. This generally nets the agent approximately 65% of the brokerage’s earnings.
The NEWPRO compensation model pays you 100% commission. While our brokerage earns the same 2%-3%, we pay it all to you less a small transaction fee of only $500.00.
The good news is that NEWPRO provides full support to our agents. It’s almost like being in your own business without the expenses.
